Best MW3 AMR9 loadout: Attachments, perks, and full class

The new JAK Atlas kit changes this weapon.

Having the best loadout possible is incredibly important in Modern Warfare 3, and with the new JAK Atlas Conversion Kit, the AMR9 can be a true contender in the MW3 meta. That’s why we’ve compiled the best loadout guide, including attachments, perks, equipment, and more.

The AMR9 has never dominated the SMG meta in MW3, with the RAM-9 and Striker both higher in the pecking order. While it only boasts a 0.7% pick rate right now, the JAK Atlas Conversion Kit release may change that.

The attachment turns the fully-auto SMG into the five-round burst version from Advanced Warfare, and it definitely feels like an improvement on where it was before. If you fancy using it, here’s the best AMR9 loadout in MW3.

Best MW3 AMR9 class attachments

  • Conversion Kit: JAK Atlas Kit
  • Muzzle: Shadowstrike Suppressor
  • Grip: SL Skeletal Verticle Grip
  • Stock: Wolfhound Carbine Stock
  • Rear Grip: Sakin ZX Grip

This is the class I tried running when the JAK Atlas Kit dropped, and I’ve been feeling pretty good with it so far. The Shadowstrike Suppressor keeps you off the minimap while helping recoil control, with the SL Skeletal Verticle Grip and Sakin ZX Rear Grip also helping with that.

Finally, the Wolfhound Carbine Stock is good to boost your mobility, which takes a hit from the attachments above.

Best MW3 AMR9 Perks and Equipment

  • Vest: Infantry Vest
  • Gloves: Commando Gloves
  • Boots: Covert Sneakers
  • Gear: Ghost T/V Camo
  • Lethal Grenade: Frag
  • Tactical Grenade: Flash Grenade

Honestly, I rarely switch away from these, and for good reason. Infantry Vest increases your Tactical Sprint and reduces its refresh time, while Commando Gloves allow you to reload while sprinting.

Covert Sneakers let you move around without making any footstep noises, while Ghost T/V Camo stops you from appearing on UAVS and Heartbeat Sensors while moving.
