Marvel Comics and 343 Industry are teasing yet another Halo comic book, “an epic Marvel Comic book event” scheduled to take be released Fall 2010.

The teaser was found on the official Halo Waypoint Facebook site, and appears to be taken from an issue of Marvel’s five-part Halo mini-series, Halo: Blood Line. The image features a short dialogue:

“What’s your name?”

“I’m John.”

“It’s very nice to meet you. I wanted to ask you what you were doing?”

“Winning.”

The dialogue seems to be a conversation between a Dr. Catherine Halsey, a scientist who interviewed (and subsequently) recruited a young John-117 (aka the series’ Master Chief), bringing him (along with other children) to the colony of Reach for training. Halo: Reach hits shelves on September 14; it’s likely we’ll see the yet-untitled comic hit stands around the same time.
