Lumines Remastered sold more on Switch than any other platform

So sayeth Tetsuya Mizuguchi

Lumines Remastered has been out for several months now and we’re just starting to get to the bottom of what platforms worked out for publisher Enhance Games.

Rhythm legend Tetsuya Mizuguchi was on a recent episode of the Game Informer Show, in which he divulged the best-selling system for the game (including PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch) — the Switch. It’s a common theme we’re seeing, where the hot new system outsells the others, and in this case, when pressed, Enhance Games further clarified that it was the best-selling version “by a mile.”

I was worried that rhythm games we’re going the way of the dinosaur again but with the advent of digital marketplaces they’ve carved out a nice little niche for themselves. 2018 is a renaissance of sorts for the genre.
