As promised, 2D Boy has set a date for the impending iPad release of World of Goo. It’ll be making its App Store debut on Thursday, December 16. More or less everything that’s worth saying about the game has been said at this point, but here goes anyway:
- The new version has multi-touch support
- There will be goo
- You can purchase it with money
More interesting to me was the video that accompanied this bit of news. Attached is yet another promotional video for Indie Game: The Movie, complete with footage of World of Goo on iPad. This documentary continues to feel like a dream both in terms of subject matter and quality. Enjoy!
