Late to the party: StarCraft II gets a demo

Unlimited access to Skirmish mode as the Terrans versus AI in StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty — how’s that sound? Not enough? Okay, there’s a little more, Mr. Tries Before He Buys.

The demo also features the first three story missions. That, unfortunately, won’t be the best introduction to the game’s neater, less-typical mission types, but it should be decent enough for those that want to see how well StarCraft II runs. To me, it seems like the type of game that brings out the expanded audience.

Then again, the comments on Blizzard’s announcement post tell me this demo is “useless,” so who knows.
