Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble screens are not assy at all

Atlus. I love those clever as*holes. Today they sent gaming press an email titled Atlus PR: Badass Asset Alert, with new screenshots for Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble, a new PSP game set to launch next month.. In it, the text had overused words with “ass” in it, with selective bolding of the letters in said words, as shown here:

Our associates assume that you will love these new kick-ass assets we have assorted for our upcoming game Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble, set to assault the PSP on 11/10/09. We hope that you or one of your assistants will assemble them on your website. Will we assure you that your readers will laugh their asses off? You bet your ass (and we’re not just trying to kiss-ass)! Sorry for this long-ass email and for being so assertive.

The good news is that Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble is not ass. It’s actually pretty badass. I’ve been playing review code, and I can say that this a great portable sandbox-y brawler so far. Look for my review next month. For now, enjoy the screens. Ass.
