Is The Day Before on consoles? – Explained

So you can play it with your thumbs.

The much-anticipated survival MMO, The Day Before, has finally launched into Early Access on PC. However, if you don’t have a PC capable of running it, can you get it on console? Furthermore, is it on Game Pass?

Nope. No. Not right now, anyway.

For the length of The Day Before’s Early Access period, which is expected to be 6-8 months, the game will remain on PC. After that, the dev hasn’t made any promises. They are open to the idea of releasing the game on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and, as stated on a Twitter post by the team, they have plans for a “next-gen” console release when it hits 1.0.

Likewise, The Day Before is not coming to Game Pass in the immediate future. This goes for both the PC and Xbox Game Pass.

Once again, The Day Before is not coming to consoles until at least its full 1.0 release, which is expected in 6 to 8 months after release.
