Microsoft’s spent a lot of time in courtrooms when it comes to problems with the 360. The most recent case deals with a man from Illinois who has sued the company for what he claims are discs that were scratched by being played in the 360. This is not the first time that particular issue has surfaced, either — a similar case was filed in July of this year in Los Angeles.
So what does the plaintiff want out of all this? A cool 50 grand, plus legal expenses. He claims the Xbox 360 was not fit for sale when he purchased it, something which could possibly be true. It’s hard to ignore all those red rings, after all. Have you ever noticed any scratches on your 360 games that you don’t remember putting there?
