A different type of farm

A large empire needs a big running space, and the Barn in Schedule 1 is one of the two properties you can unlock to expand your business.

Your business needs and requirements will be limited at the start of a new save. They will go up as you level up and unlock new recipes, equipment, and more. This guide will give you an overview of the Barn and how to make the most of it.

How to obtain the Barn in Schedule 1

The Barn falls under the Suburbia region in Schedule 1, which can be considered as the outskirts of the map. To reach the location, you’ll have to head straight on the road that takes you to the Church, but take a right. Before that, you’ll have to go to Rays Realty.

You’ll have to spend $25,000 to make the property yours, but that will also require a fair amount of money laundering. You can use the Car Wash or Laundromat for that, as Taco Ticklers is likely going to be out of your budget at this point. This step is mandatory as Ray only accepts online payments, and you’ll have to unlock the Downtown area.

The screenshot pinpoints Ray’s exact location on the map and where you’ll be able to find him. He also offers four businesses that are useful for whitewashing drug money.

How to use the Barn in Schedule 1

Once you own the property, you can use it however you want. The place is located on the outskirts of the town, and it’s pretty close to the Church. If you want to base your business on the back of Cocaine, this is the perfect location to opt for. The reason is quite simple; you have to buy Coca seeds from Mr. Salvador, and his stash is located beside the Church.

The Barn is pretty well located to several other POIs, but it’s very far from the Warehouse. That said, the real estate has a huge surface area to offer and two floors. There are not too many obstructions, so you can set up a chain of productions to expand your sales.

There’s another property available for purchase: the Docks. Between the two, I like Docks more as it’s close to the Warehouse (it’s pretty important to buy banned stuff from Oscar there). In the long run, you’ll have to own both places to take your business to the ultimate level. It will take a long time, so make sure to continue the grind and unlock new locations, products, and more.
