- Travel to the Parks Floating Festival event island. There’s regular Plastic Scrap available over on Eternity Isle if you have the A Rift in Time DLC, but for this task, you need a special variant of this resource that only spawns here.
- Gather 20 Plastic Scrap. Once you land on the event island, start hunting around it for Plastic Scrap. Look for sparkles as you explore, since all Plastic Scrap is marked with them. This material is blue, green, and white, which means it generally stands out once you know what to look for.
- Deposit the Plastic Scrap into the Adventureland Trash Bin. Head over to the main street that runs through the middle of the Parks Floating Festival event island. Walk over to the yellow, red, and white building. Right next to the red refreshment stand in front of it, you’ll spot two light brown trash cans that say “Grizzly Peak Recreation Area” on them. Deposit the Plastic Scrap you found into this specific trash can to finish the puzzle.
Around the event island, there are lots of trash bins. All of the other ones you’ll spot are green, though, and only the brown version works, so you must seek out the specific Adventureland Trash Bin to complete this quest.
