Criminal and cop simulator ROB RUN is now out in early access, and robbing houses is one of the best ways to make money. If you play as a criminal, locked houses provide you with plenty of resources. Trying to rob without few key steps will get you caught (and yes, you lose all your loot).
Thankfully, this guide will make you a master robber, and you’ll be emptying houses in no time.
How to rob houses in ROB RUN
The first task is to locate a house on the map, and head to the location. While your instincts might tell you to just go bam bam, don’t do that. Instead, go to the side, and you’ll find the alarm. Trying to steal anything without switching off the alarm immediately alert the cops.
Head inside by smashing through the glass doors, and you’ll find NPCs. Typically, every house has two/three NPCs. This is critical: don’t shoot the NPCs, but point your gun towards them. This will scare them, and they will refrain from calling the cops.
Once the NPCs are scared, you can then proceed stealing the items. Some items will be in the open, spread on the table and beds. Other items will be inside the closed spaces like drawers, cabinets, etc.
Loot as many items as you can. Before you go on your adventures, go in with an empty bag since you can loot more items. While looting, make sure to aim at the NPCs routinely. Otherwise, they will call the cops on you.
Once complete, escape the location with your vehicle. Make sure not to hit any other cars while you escape because that will also throw you under suspicion. If you manage to complete the steps perfectly, you’ll be able to loot all houses without alerting the cops.
