How to reach the peak of Fort Kah’Lin in Jedi Survivor

You’ll get an achievement/trophy out of it!

Even if you’ve finishedĀ Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, you’re probably going to want to go back and clear out some achievements/trophies. Here’s how to get to the peak of Fort Kah’Lin on Koboh, and earn the King of the World achievement/trophy in the process. Note: this one took me a while! But now you have all the legwork out of the way.

Get to the Fort Kah’Lin checkpoint

First, you’re going to want to get to the main courtyard of Fort Kah’Lin itself, which is located on Koboh (the planet you visit right after Coruscant).

While the precise location of Fort Kah’Lin can be found on the map above, we have a full guide on how to get into the fort here.

Use the upgraded Ascension Cable to leap onto the higher tier of the fort

For this part, you’ll need the upgraded Ascension Cable (hookshot) you’ll acquire later in the game. You’ll earn this cable on the Shattered Moon (avoiding spoilers): come back after you’ve picked it up. Having the air dash is going to generally help you get around this area too.

Look up at the whirling grappling machine floating in the air near the fort’s ground-level meditation spot and press L2 (LT) to grapple on. Aim the blue arrow toward a bridge or anywhere in the next tier of the fort, and leap over to solid ground.

Go behind the yellow tower, grab the shortcut, and climb up

Once you’re on the higher tier of the fort, look up and spot the gigantic yellow tower on the outskirts (it’s northeast if you’re facing away from the fort on the ground-level fast-travel spot). Walk over to it and jump behind it: airdash into the landing, then cut down the shortcut.

Look up at the foliage on the tower and grapple up. Climb to the peak and you’re good to go! There’s even a new meditation fast travel spot there to grab, within view of the main ground floor meditation spot.
