The Pop City Star Path event challenges you to tackle all kinds of unique tasks around your village in Disney Dreamlight Valley, including an array of key routine duties. One of the many missions you’ll encounter in this series asks you to mine for Diamonds.
The valley is quite a large place, and all of the materials you can find around it have very specific spawn regions. It can be tricky to keep track of them all, and gems are some of the rarest and most difficult items to acquire. Where to find Diamonds in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Diamonds can only be found when mining rock nodes around the Forgotten Lands biome in DDV. The vast majority of gems, minerals, rocks, and other similar resources you can mine for are found around multiple areas, including both the main valley and DLC worlds, but for Diamonds, you’ll need to stick to this one region.

In total, there are six mining spots situated around the Forgotten Lands biome. All of them are found around the edges of the area, and each one has a chance of hiding some Diamonds for you to collect. Here’s the precise spot where you can find each one.
Mine for Diamonds in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the mine for Diamonds routine duty in the Pop City Star Path event, you need to mine a total of five Diamonds. It’s a fairly tough ask since there’s only one area where you can find this gem, and it also happens to be very rare.
You can make this duty a bit more manageable by using a Miracle Pickaxe Polish or Even More Miraculous Pickaxe Polish to enhance your mining. While active, this enchantment boosts the drops from mining, which means finding one Diamond is likely to result in a few extra, which then helps you check off this duty more quickly.
You can also bring along a villager who specializes in mining, or instead activate the best friend glow on any character, for even more drops, but items found by allies or Companions don’t count for the event mission. Still, you might as well bring them along for the task to claim extra items since you’ll be working on it either way.
Completing this duty gets you 25 Tokens to spend in the event. To claim most of the rewards in it, you’ll need quite a bit more than this, so consider working on some other duties next, like hanging out with a glitchy villager, Picture This: Neon CD Demo Player, finding a demolition expert, and Take Photo: Neon Koi Lantern.
