The Shapeless Hunter Mask is one of the several secret items you can find in The Division 2 as part of the Echoes of Central Park DLC. You’ll come across cryptic clues at specific locations, and some of them will lead you to this mask.

How to obtain the Shapeless Hunter Mask in The Division 2: Echoes of Central Park
For starters, you need to complete all the parts at night (between 9pm and 6am in-game time). First, we have to reach the safehouse near the Tower settlement. This location will be important, since you’ll be traveling here a fair number of times.
Once you enter the house, you’ll find an entrance with “Help Us” written on top of it. Enter the room, follow the ringing telephone, and you’ll come to a room with a small TV, tape, and “Do you like scary games?” scribbled on the wall.
Play the tape, and this will begin the activity. To unlock this mask, we will need to find several tapes, return to this room, and play them. You must play each tape before getting the next one.
Tape one: Dakota district
Once you reach the spot marked on the image above, you’ll find a courtyard with a yellow crane in the center. Use the scaffolding on top of the crane, and you’ll find a window opening attached to it.
Take the door on your left after entering the building, and you’ll reach the bathroom. You’ll find the tape in bathtub in the same bathroom, and this will be your first collectible. Return to the house to play the tape.
Tape two: Lincoln Square
Once you reach the spot marked on the image above, look for a playground with visible light on one side. Go to the source of the light, and you’ll find your second tape. Return to the house to watch it.
Tape three: Dakota District
Go to the marked location, and you’ll find a building door with decorative lights. Go to the door, and you’ll find the tape ready to be picked up.
Tape four: Lincoln District
Once you reach the spot marked on the image above, you’ll find an area with flooded sections and a machine. Activate the machine to drain the water, and you’ll then find a half-buried skeleton with the tape on it.
Tape five: Dakota District
The final tape can be found by going to the marked spot on the image above. Enter through the door opposite to the first one, and take the straight exit. You’ll come across another door that allows you to access the stairs.
Take the stairs that go below, and you’ll find the tape in the back of a room filled with pipes.
How to fight the Hunter and get the Shapeless Hunter Mask
Once you’ll have claimed all five tapes, go to the marked location to reach the High Low Electronics. You’ll find a final tape to summon the Hunter. Take him down and the mask is yours.
