The Attack on Titan crossover event is finally available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. This new limited-time event brings the world of the classic manga and anime franchise to Fortnite. In the process, players are able to get iconic weapons from the series, such as the ODM gear and Thunder Spear to take down Titans and other players.

The Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) gear is now available in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. This new item is similar in utility to the various grapple devices in the past. With it, players can grapple toward an object ahead of them and launch themselves toward it.

The difference with the ODM gear is that players are also able to use the included blades on the equipment to zip at their targets and slice at them. After striking someone, the player is then able to boost themselves away from the fight. This makes the ODM gear set effective for hopping in and out of battle.

If you want to use the Attack on Titan ODM gear for yourself and act like characters like Eren Jaeger and Mikasa Ackermann, there are a few places to find them. First and foremost, your best bet is the new Scout Regiment Footlockers.

This is a new type of treasure chest themed after Attack on Titanā€™s Survey Corps. Youā€™ll generally find ODM gear inside these special chests. In addition to that, you can occasionally find this new themed item on the ground or in normal treasure chests.

The Thunder Spear is also available from Attack on Titan. This advanced titan-killing weapon functions quite differently from the ODM. It includes dual rockets equipped around the arms that you can launch from afar to decimate foes.

The Thunder Spear is capable of not only damaging other players but destroying structures, too, making it a perfect counter for those pesky builders. If you want to start using the Thunder Spear in matches, look for it in the same places as the ODM equipment: in the Scout Regiment Footlockers, sometimes on the ground, and in normal chests.

In addition, both the ODM gear and Thunder Spear could be used in tandem to quickly zip around the island, blasting at everyone you see.

There are also new Titan NPC enemies roaming the island, too. They are tricky to take down, but both of these weapons are helpful for accomplishing this. You can use both the ODM gear and Thunder Spear for a limited time in Chapter 4 Season 2.
