How to find Starmie Doll in Pokopia Bubbly Basin
You can unlock the Starmie Doll by completing a treasure hunt request with Frillish to find it in Pokopia. To acquire this item, you must progress through the main storyline in Bubbly Basin until you reach this point. Here’s a full breakdown of how to make it happen.
- Raise the environment level of Bubbly Basin to three. Keep adding homes, fulfilling Pokémon requests, and improving the area until you reach this point.
- Talk to Popplio. Once the environment has reached level three, you can return to Popplio to let them know you’ve completed their request, thus progressing the main storyline.
- Complete Popplio’s next request. They then task you with gathering different types of Pokémon for a construction project.
- Ask about “The floaty pink one.” Popplio will offer you an array of hints about different Pokémon you can help them find. Select “The floaty pink one” to begin the process of finding Frillish.
- Work with Frillish to find the hidden treasure. Upon meeting Frillish, they’ll ask you to embark on a treasure hunt with them. Go through the steps of their quest to explore a deep underwater cave. At the end of this mission, you’ll find the Starmie Doll in some rocks you can break using the Rock Smash move.

Frillish will lead you to the right area during their request, so just follow them to get in the general vicinity of it, then use the Dowsing Machine to pinpoint the precise right spot.
