How to Get Reverse Curse Technique in Heian

You can get the Reverse Curse Technique in Heian at any point in the game since it doesn’t have a requirement. It’s just about fighting and it’s actually pretty simple to get once you know how. You also need RCT for Limitless. Here’s how to get Reverse Curse Technique in Heian.

How to Unlock Reverse Curse Technique in Heian

Once you start Heian pressing G which is the Reverse Curse Technique button does nothing. To get Reverse Curse Technique you’ll need to fight an enemy or player for a long enough to deal a certain amount of damage through consecutive blows until rainbows sparkles appear around your character. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Fight an enemy or player with lots of HP (I recommend a boss like Tengu or Golem in the Ice Area which are the simplest or a friendly player. Tengu is the Calamity boss found via the HUD marker in the Ice area. The Golem is to the left of the Ice Formation trainer).
2. You need to deal constant blows without interruption to fill an invisible RCT unlock bar that causes rainbow sparkles to appear around your character once you fill it up.
3. You need to deal consecutive blows so it doesn’t drop so I recommend parrying attacks and hitting back as often as possible (Note that the red kanji letter attacks cannot be parried).
4. Once you deal enough damage through attacks and parrying you’ll see rainbow sparkles start to appear around your character.
5. Now you need to get knocked down so take a few hits but keep attacking and parrying in between so that the RCT unlock sparkles don’t disappear.
6. Once you’re downed, press G right after an enemy attacks you (You’ll see a little white glow around your character after you’re attacked while downed).
7. Pressing G after an attack while downed triggers a cutscene.
8. Repeat this process to trigger a few cutscenes to unlock Reverse Curse Technique.
9. You’ll know you unlocked RCT when a white bar appears above your HP and Block bar.
10. You can now press G to spend Cursed Energy to heal yourself.

And now you’ve unlocked Reverse Curse Technique in Heian and have a powerful healing tool.

Heian Reverse Curse Technique Guide

Here are some tips to have in mind when using Reverse Curse Technique once you’ve unlocked it:

• RCT can only be used if you have filled the white bar above your Health.
• You can fill the white RCT bar by dealing and taking damage in combat.
• Pressing G to activate RCT spends your Cursed Energy so make sure you’re managing it along with your other skills that use CE.
• You can use RCT in PVE and PVP which comes in handy since you can’t otherwise heal.
• I recommend using RCT only if you drop to around 30% to 40% since otherwise it’s better to just use your CE for other skills and parry to win fights.
• You need Reverse Curse Technique to unlock the Limitless Curse Technique along with the Gojo clan.
