Exploring Jinzhou in Wuthering Waves and meeting the locals will lead you down several quest-taking paths, with an interaction at Shifang Pharmacy testing your willingness to help others as you hunt for a special TD material.
However, during the mission, you’ll have to find and request help from Lianfeng, a seemingly legendary TD Hunter known as the only one to find this particular resource.
Lianfeng, the TD Hunter’s location in Wuthering Waves
You’ll find Lianfeng at Jinzhou Theater, speaking to two civilians about his adventures as the TD Hunter. Upon approaching the quest circle and narrowing down his location, look around the dock for three people discussing the TD Hunter to find Lianfeng. You can inquire about the situation from here, leading to the next part of the TD Discord Hunter quest.
Once you approach Jinzhou Theater, you’ll mainly find people sitting at tables, with two groups having their own discussions. While the group closest to Uncle Yun has their own conversations, the southernmost group has Lianfeng talking about his hunting adventures.
Since this quest has no time limit, you can sit around and read the dialogue if you wish. Otherwise, you can proceed through the quest by talking to the group if you prefer advancing through the story.
After speaking to Lianfeng, you’ll encounter a cutscene explaining the situation more, shedding light on the TD Hunter and everyone’s current predicament. For the quest itself, you won’t have to pay too much attention to it, but there are a few interesting interactions that are worth reading. Once you finish the cutscene, the rest of this section has quest markers pointing you to Lianfeng’s next location.
