Whether people have been pulling pranks on you all day or not, the new Secret Staycation update is the perfect way to top off this whimsical Tuesday. There’s a whole lot of vent crawling, rat evading and cupboard climbing waiting for you, but, of course, the 6 new foods are the main attraction. To save you some time, I went and whipped up a detailed guide on how to find all 6 April Fools foods in Secret Staycation.

All April Fools Foods in Secret Staycation Guide

For the 2025 Secret Staycation April Fools event, there’s a total of 6 foods you have to find, 3 of which are returning foods. They are:
- All Pink Kushi Dango: Even though Dangos were first introduced in the Bedroom update, we’re already on our fourth one. The all pink one has all the balance issues and quirky jumps you’ve come to love and expect from Dango characters.
- Mixture of Flower and Water: Originally, back in 2024, she could be accessed by sneaking through a slit in a “Coming Soon” door using certain characters like Salad Leaf or Caviar. She also pops up as an Easter egg in Edamame Mansion—look up the toilet pipe to spot her face on the wall (though you can’t unlock her there). Gameplay-wise, she’s the first character with low jump power—followed only by White Marshmallow—but don’t let that fool you. She’s ridiculously fast at rolling, especially in Hide and Seek, where she’s almost impossible for detectives to catch. She even replaced Apple in the April Fools logo and helped dig out the tunnel in the 2.0 update.
- Empty Sandwich: Although one is right to be disappointed by this double-stack of bread due to the lack of ham, it’s still a decent character. It’s relatively thin, but not too thin so that it gets bullied and pushed around by other players.
- Piece of Nori: He’s back! Nori’s still super thin—even thinner than a lettuce leaf—and can slip into places most characters can’t. Fun fact: he used to be part of a rice ball. Also, his entire body is his face, making him one of the most uniquely designed characters in the game.
- Water Jelly: Comprised of water and gelatin, this piece of transparent jiggliness is mainly just for show, but you must admit that the sliding ability can be incredibly useful, especially if you’re looking to evade the competition.
- Ice Cube: No, I’m not talking about O’Shea Jackson, unfortunately. He was the first character who could actually walk on the ice rink without slipping, later followed by Strawberry Milk Ice Pop. And unlike most foods that get roasted on the frying pan, Ice Cube just melts, which, weirdly, makes him feel kind of…invincible. Speed-wise? He leaves everyone in the dust—even Chili Pepper and Dragon Fruit. That ridiculous speed makes him a menace in the rat maze, where he can actually outrun the rat itself. In Juice Party, he’s a wrecking ball, as well.
Now, let’s take a look at how to find all 6 April Fools foods in Secret Stayscation in a bit more detail, since I have a feeling your brain might not be so willing to remember the dread of having to chase that damn Piece of Nori again.
Finding All 6 April Fools Foods in Secret Staycation
Although there’s no specific order in which you should complete them, it would still be wise to go for the Ice Cube before the All Pink Kushi Dango since you’ll need a speed boost to evade the rat in the maze.
All Pink Kushi Dango
In my opinion, this is possibly the most annoying one to get. Like I said above, use the Ice Cube to get it more easily. Now, regardless of what character you’re using, you’ll start on top of the kitchen counter. Drop down and follow the train tracks until you reach the bend. Now, go towards the bookshelf until you see a Tom & Jerry-style hole in the wall.

Now, you’ve entered the maze within the mall. This might seem like a weird piece of advice, but you should definitely play this part with your headphones on. Why? Well, the rat that has the Dango is moving around really fast and making sounds while doing so. Just use echolocation to find him, but don’t risk him catching you since you’ll end up in his jaws and cast aside.

Once you finally find him, jump behind him to confuse him until you learn the timings. When he’s finally going towards you, leap onto his back and you’ll automatically get the Dango. What also works is taking a friend and having him bait the rat, but it’s still annoying.

Mixture of Flower and Water
Ah, one of my favorite April Fools foods in Secret Staycation. And you’ve guessed it—this character is still infuriating to get to. The first step involves getting to the vent opening, but from inside the apartment. Keep in mind that the opening is incredibly glitchy, so you’ll have to wait for it to open automatically or for someone to take the plunge instead of you. Otherwise, you’ll just end up on the roof and have to do all over again.

Once you’re in, head up the stairs until you reach the poster on the right-side wall. Now, look very close, and you’ll see a hole in the wall, similar to the one leading to the All Pink Kushi Dango. However, this time, there’s no maze. You only have to go through the tunnel to the end, and the Mixture of Flower and Water will be waiting for you there. It’s not as infuriating as some others, but the vent opening grinds my gears.

Empty Sandwich
For this one, however, you’re going to have to play Hide and Seek and head to the Store. In terms of getting on my nerves, this has to be one of the worst foods in the whole game. This has a lot to do with the fact the Store is always crowded, and everyone is acting like crabs in a bucket, constantly griefing and pushing people over the edge. It’s probably the best opportunity to bring a couple of bodyguards with you.

The best place to start is from the upside-down bucket with the image of a building on it. I’ve heard people suggesting to go for the broom on the far side, but it’s almost impossible to scale. Even if ten other players are scaling up the bucket, it’s still easier than balancing on that mind-bogglingly thin broom handle.

Once you’re up on the shelves, the key thing is to NOT RUSH THINGS. There will be people pushing left and right, and you must be careful when going from shelf to shelf. If there’s a kerfuffle going on, I’d definitely advise you to jump on the bottles or hide in a corner. But, inevitably, you will fall a couple of times before you reach the sandwich—it’s at the end of the shelves, right where the broom is placed.

Piece of Nori
At this point, I unironically believe the person who thought of this should be tried for crimes against humanity. If you thought the Empty Sandwich and the All Pink Kushi Dango were annoying, wait until you see this one. But the funny thing is—it’s not convoluted or hard to understand; it’s just the hardest to find out of all 6 April Fools foods in Secret Staycation.

All you have to do is get to the washing machine and enter it. But the twist is that you need someone from the outside to close the door in order for the cycle to begin. The drum will start spinning, and you’ll need a small character to be able to fall through the hole. Even the Grape won’t do, so be smart when it comes to your choice. After a couple of seconds, you’ll fall under the spinning drum and see the Piece of Nori right in front of you.

Water Jelly

Finally, a food you can unlock by venturing outside. This one is a doozie, so bear with me for a bit. Okay, to start things off, you want to head to the vent, just like you did when you were going for the Mixture of Flower and Water. However, this time, the goal isn’t to enter the tunnel but to get blasted onto the roof.

After that is done, divert your attention to the table next to the folding chair and parasol, which should be left of where you’ll spawn. While most players will go from the backside, this is a recipe for disaster. Instead, start climbing from the front side, ideally on the right side. When you reach about 3/4 of the total height, somewhere around the beginning of the backrest, you have to launch yourself onto the table. Don’t go any higher, otherwise you’ll end up on the floor and have to do it ten times in a row. Trust me, I know.

Ice Cube

In a sea of glitches, tunnels and fighting other players for supremacy, it’s nice to see the straightforward Ice Cube return. What you want to do is go to the train tracks, specifically, to the little step by the fridge door. It’s from here that you’ll make the leap, but the goal is to wait for the train to pass, as even small contact can ruin the jump. Click the fridge button, leap into it and you’ll see the Ice Cube at the bottom.

Congratulations, that’s all of them. Now, you should have those extra badges and 6 new foods for your collection. Once you get all that and put your friends to shame, make sure to check out our other Roblox content for further updates and other April Fool contests.
