Getting corpses in Graveyard Keeper 2 is nice, but you have to keep your eyes out for the bad ones. Unfortunately, the Donkey isn’t very smart (sorry Donkey), and you’ll find certain ones that will have plenty of red skulls. If you just bury them, it will harm your graveyard.
So let’s find out how to deal with these bad corpses to keep your graveyard untouched.
How to handle bad bodies in Graveyard Keeper 2
Normally, you’ll want to bury a corpse in your graveyard. However, you’ll want to avoid that if it’s a bad corpse. Instead, you’ll want to cremate it. Doing so solves two problems. First, the corpse does not endanger your graveyard. Second, you’ll still get the proper Burial Certificate (yes, you didn’t bury it technically).
You’ll need to build a Crematorium in the Morgue. To build it, you’ll need to unlock it from the Body Places 1. This will provide you with the recipe for the Crematorium. You can then build it in your Morgue for six Bricks and six Bronze Details.

Alternatively, you can just dump the bad bodies in the river. This is a suitable solution if you’re yet to unlock the Crematorium. You have to manually carry the body to the river and throw it. However, you’ll be foregoing all rewards you get from successfully burying a body.
Once you unlock Autopsy, you can also try to remove the red skulls that are present on a corpse. If you’re successful, the body will become safe for burial. If not, the methods are mentioned above.
You’ll also unlock an advanced feature later in the game that allows you to convert the bad corpses into zombies. However, that method is only when you reach the very late game, so you can avoid that for now.
