Buried Secrets is the final quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, forming part of the Black Tides storyline. This is the final quest where you’ll take down Nirmala and Eamon. It begins at the observatory in Mount Hei, so let’s find out how to defeat the Templars.

The mission begins following a cutscene where Yasuke gets gravely injured (I picked Naoe as the playable character in the first step). While you managed to save Yasuke, the Templars gained hold of the Kassandra keystone. Along with Rufino, you head to the observatory and find out that the duo of Nirmala and Eamon has already arrived.
Instead of merely observing, you choose to pursue them. While Rufino does warn you about what might happen, he decides to accompany you. This is essential since some paths will require two people to unlock. You’ll come across glowing glyphs on the ground; standing on them will create a usable path in the form of yellow bridges (they look cool).
Once you’re past the first pair of glyphs, take the ledges to the left. Reach the end and jump to the other side to grab another set of ledges. Drop, and you’ll find a door blocking Rufino. You’ll find another glyph in the left part of the room. Grab the ledges, go up, and you’ll find the glyph. Stand on it, and Rufino will be able to enter the room.
Drop, and you’ll find another pair of glyphs for you and Rufino to stand on. Clear the blockade, and you’ll come across the spot where Eamon and Nirmala are. As you pursue Nirmala, Rufino will stay behind to provide cover.
First, use the set of jumpable ledges (or stairs) to reach the spot from where you’ll find finer ledges glowing against the black wall. Be careful not to step on any glyph tiles here, since some of them will rain arrows on you.
Once you reach the end of a ledge, always jump onto the other side. While the process is simple, there will be a couple of areas where you’ll need to let go of your grip and catch another ledge mid-air. You’ll eventually come to a hilly platform where the chase continues. If you get lost, simply use the mission tracker to find out where Nirmala is located.
Move forward following the marker, and you’ll spot Nirmala ahead of you. You’ll come across a pair of magical platforms. Jump on the first one, and then use the ledge in front of you to hang. From there, jump onto the second platform and continue your journey.
You’ll eventually reach a spot where you’ll find a set of grabbable ledges and a bridge to your left. Take the ledge, move up, and you’ll come across a set of embankments or raised platforms. Be extremely precise with your jumps and cross the gap by using the platforms. Reach the very end, slide down, and you’ll meet Nirmala.
What follows is a fight with Nirmala and Eamon. I am not going to spoil the battle and the ending. There are no tricks to win the fight; just do your thing and get the job done. The only hard part of the task was parkouring all the way to catch the Templars.
