How to change your game language in Hogwarts Legacy

For those wondering how to change language in Hogwarts Legacy, there are fairly easy ways of doing so, depending on what platform you’re playing on. Unfortunately, there is no mechanism currently in place allowing you to make such changes in-game. Instead, you’ll have to do so before launching the game. Fear not, if you’ve already begun playing, you can just close out, apply the necessary changes, and relaunch the game.

How to Change Language in Hogwarts Legacy on Steam (PC)

• First, make sure Hogwarts Legacy is not running.
• Right-click over Hogwarts Legacy in your Steam library, and then go to the Properties section.
• Click on the Language section on your left side.
• Select the language you want to use from the drop-down menu.
• Steam will ask you to confirm your selection, then will apply your preferences when you next relaunch the game.

How to Change Language in Hogwarts Legacy on Epic Games Launcher (PC)

• When you open the Epic Games Launcher, you will find, in the top-right corner, your profile icon.
• After clicking on it, you’ll need to go to the Settings page.
• Using the Language menu, which will appear as a drop-down, select the language you want to use.
• Confirm the change, and allow the Epic Games Launcher to restart, to apply the changes.
• After the client reboots, your chosen language should have been applied.

How to Change Language in Hogwarts Legacy on PlayStation 5

• On your PlayStation 5, go to the Settings page.
• You’ll need to click on the System button, then select Language and Region.
• Select whichever, of the available languages, the one you wish to use.
• Find your Game Library, click on Hogwarts Legacy, press the options button, and then go to Manage Game Content.
• From here you’ll find the Language Packs that can be selected for download.
• Once you’re down downloading the preferred language, jump in-game and go to via Settings, then Audio, and finally, Dialogue Language.
• Now, you’re good to go!

How to Change Language in Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox Series X and S

• Make sure that Hogwarts Legacy isn’t currently running.
• You’ll need to click on the System button, then select Language and Region.
• Select whichever, of the available languages, the one you wish to use. (You may need to change the region depending on the language selected.)
• Your Xbox will need to restart in order to apply the changes.
• Once it’s finished the restart, launch Hogwarts Legacy.
• From there, You’ll need to confirm the download of the language pack you picked out.
