How many Dudes? comes with over 40 different Dude types in the game, and you can use them on your runs to create eliminations of all kinds. No two types of Dudes are the same, and they all have their unique strengths and weaknesses.
I have used four different tiers to separate the Dude types available in the game.
S-tier Dude types are the best available ones.
A-tier Dude types are suitable alternatives to S-tier options.
B-tier Dude types are extremely situational.
C-tier Dude types should be drafted only as a last resort.

S-tier
Name
Reason
Agent
Deals good damage and offers a 15% chance to dash to a teammate to help them gain temporary health for 8 seconds. Can help an ally to avoid death in certain situations when triggered.
Bard
Buffs the Attack Power and Run Speed of four random Dudes
Chef
Provides healing Burgers for the squad.
Cleric
Provide heals every two seconds to injured Dudes within radius.
Farmer
One of the best tanks in the game, as it has high natural toughness and donates 50% of restored HP to the most injured ally.
Lich
Can store part of its incoming damage in Thralls. Then, the stored damage can be explained as true damage, and it also heals the Thrall.
Mutant
Comes with a 50% chance to create a Floofball that can attach to allies and provide heals.
Ninja
Great at amplifying damage with additional Shurikens whenever it lands a direct hit.
Quantum
Generates an Echo Dude every five seconds, and heals the most injured ally by 50% of his DPS.
Spartan
Decent chance at blocking all incoming damage towards nearby allies.
A-tier
Name
Reason
Alien
Beams one of its allies above it on the roster to target and attack the enemy with the lowest HP.
Assassin
Injects Toxins into an enemy that reduces Attack Power by 5% for 5 seconds. While it can stack up to three times, the impact could have been higher.
Construction
20% chance to toss a Hammer when doing damage, which deals 50% of his Attack Power and taunt.
Dentist
It can provide Novocaine to other Dudes that reduces incoming attack by 3%. This allows your squad to stay alive for longer.
Druid
Transforms into a bear after 10 direct damages. It gains attack power and cleave damage for three seconds, but the benefits are limited to only the Druid Dude.
Electrician
Against a static charge, 10 of them will ensure that his next attack does a static shock. This does a large amount of damage to an enemy, but having AOE would have made this dude an S-tier.
Explorer
Provides emergency heal whenever a teammate’s HP falls below 30%. The heal recharges every 3 seconds.
Frankendude
It has high natural regeneration and also donates 10% of its HP to the two most injured allies. The rate of healing could have been higher, but it’s still an excellent addition to any roster.
Ghost
Offers 30% chance to equalize the HP of your most injured ally and the one with the most health, before healing both of them.
Manager
It can pick allies as interns and store 15% of all the damage they do. It can be used to nuke a specific target. Great against single, isolated enemies, but not much use elsewhere.
Medic
Heals allies by doing damage to enemies, but there are better healers in the roster.
Mummy
Adds a secondary damage mechanism in the form of Doom. Triggers when the enemy’s HP falls below the Doom level.
Pirate
Decent at taunting enemies and gaining evasion.
B-tier
Name
Reason
Cowboy
Can move a roster dude to dash to his side, but not much use else.
Cyborg
25% chance to stack 1% Attack Power upon damage, but only to other Cyborg Dudes.
Finance
Generates extra revenue, but only if you have other Finance Dudes on your team.
General
Can make allies taunt enemies, but occasionally that can prove to be detrimental.
Hacker
Provides exploits that buff the damage done by any ally. However, it comes with a 4-second cooldown, which makes it slightly weak in the meta.
Knight
Decent at taunting enemies but doesn’t offer anything else.
Necrodude
Great at summoning Skeledudes to fill the team, but not much use overall.
Paladin
Provides additional protection by reducing damage taken, but the rates are quite low.
Ranger
Great at doing additional damage, but at variance (25%).
C-tier
Name
Reason
Cave
Does Unga Bunga (no, literally).
Psionic
Provides taunts, but there are better alternatives listed in the tables above.
Regular
Gains HP and Attack Power, but only if you have plenty of Regular Dudes in your team.
Samurai
Great at finishing enemies with the lowest HP.
I have yet to unlock a few Dude types that are in the current version of the game. Once I assess them, I will add my impressions.
