Hot Shots Golf 6 comes to PS3 with Move support, 1080p

The PlayStation Vita title Hot Shots Golf 6 (or, for us, Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational) has been announced as a PS3 title in Japan. This week’s Famitsu says that the game will support Move controls, as any good PS3 golf game should.

For the first time in series history the PS3 version will support 1080p.

Among the new content you can expect a Slot Mode, wehere you’ll spin a wheel to determine match rules, and Shot Course, which gives you courses made entirely of short holes. All of the DLC from the Vita version will be included in this release.

As for multiplayer, online play supports four PS3 players. Through Cross Play, Vita and PS3 owners can play together in all of the game’s modes.

Hot Shots Golf 6 will be released in Japan on November 22. The Vita version is more than good enough for me, but I am curious about the Move support. Let’s hope that Sony brings this port to the West. It shouldn’t be difficult to do as the localization is already done.
