Lukewarm Media has posted new (and the last) Alpha gameplay footage of Primal Carnage, an upcoming UDK-powered indie title that lets you control either the humans keeping them at bay or the dinosaurs. Yes, you can play as a dinosaur. Not just any dinosaur either; all the dinosaurs. As soon as I saw a T-Rex eating a human, I instantly knew this was going to be the greatest thing to ever happen to me.
As the video says, this is not indicative of the final game. Having said that, from what I could see this looked very Left 4 Dead Versus Mode-esque in that the human team was either trying to get somewhere or they were just holding out in a building as various dinosaurs tried to eat them. You have no idea how badly I want this game. If you’re as excited as I am, be sure to keep an eye on Lukewarm’s website as they’re going to be opening beta sign-ups soon.
