Here’s the first full list of Xbox 360 backward compatible launch games

104 in all

I really think that Microsoft and Sony have switched places in terms of functionality with their consoles this generation. The former came out of the gate with a terrible DRM concept that crippled their image, and Sony took the piss right on stage at E3, mocking Microsoft and their horrid anti-consumer strategy. But a few years later, the Xbox One has made quite the turnaround. One major feature that will be absent on the PS4 is backward compatibility, and it’s finally upon us for Xbox One this week.

On November 12, current-gen owners will be able to play 104 games if you own the title digitally, or have the disc. According to the publisher there’s more to come in December and beyond. Additionally, previous-generation Games with Gold choices will work from here on out on XB1.
