It’s not like I have something against Angry Birds Space or Draw Something (though the latter is getting kind of old already), but I really like Zach Gage’s word/puzzle game SpellTower, and I’d really like to see this little game take down Zynga and Rovio.
The reality is that it probably won’t happen, but that’s not stopping Gage from trying. He dropped the price of his game down to $0.99, and that helped the game hit #3 on the iTunes Store charts, right under the big guns. If you want to help him (and get a nice game), hit up the App Store now.
It’s really neat to see an indie take on these giants. Zach, even if you don’t beat them on the charts, congrats on such a high ranking, and even more congrats on a fun little game.
