Halo Wars 2 confirmed for Xbox One and PC, coming in 2016

Although they haven’t given out any real details, Halo Wars 2 was confirmed today at Microsoft’s gamescom conference. It will be coming to the PC and Xbox One in fall 2016. The trailer above gives us a quick look at the Spartan and Brute conflict.

I didn’t really like the original Halo Wars. It was a fun enough RTS, but since the genre was still thriving back in 2009, there was no shortage of better games to play. Hopefully Halo Wars 2 brings in some more interesting concepts.
