Guacamelee knows how to taunt its players

Conrad and Jordan’s Couch Campaign continues

This episode of Couch Campaign features one of my favorite moments thus far in Guacamelee. Along the way, you find “Choozo statues” containing the special abilities which allow further progression in the world. The frequency of their appearance builds up an expectation for the player that one of these statues equals getting a new ability — an expectation that can be exploited for comedic gain.
