Graveyard Keeper 2 is coming soon to gamers worldwide, and we won’t have to wait long to try out the second installment of the series. Developed by Lazy Bear Games, things are going to get bigger in the second part. However, let’s first find out when the game goes live.
Graveyard Keeper 2 release countdown
Graveyard Keeper 2 releases worldwide on Tuesday, Sept. 22. The release date was announced earlier by tinyBuild, and I am not expecting any change this late. The following countdown will expire once the game is live.
The countdown is based on the following times.

- 12pm CDT
- 1pm EDT
- 5pm UTC
- 6pm BST
- 7pm CEST
If there’s any change in the launch, I will duly update the time on this guide.
What to expect from Graveyard Keeper 2
In Graveyard Keeper 2, you get to restore the town and lead your undead army into battle to save the realm. This time around, you’ll be going to take the war against the zombies.
If you have played the first game, you’ll be familiar with most of the mechanics. However, Graveyard Keeper 2 is a standalone version that you can enjoy on its own. You have to build and manage your graveyard and harvest as many resources as possible. Use those resources to improve your graveyard and automate the production chains for maximum profits.
As you build up your kingdom and the army, the zombies will get harder. With an ongoing apocalypse, things will get more difficult. However, you can always get yourself powerful upgrades and armors to improve your survivability and outlast the war.
While the game goes live after two days, you can check out the Steam demo that’s available for free.
