[Update: You still have roughly half a day to nab these cards before the code expires.]

The Game Awards are over and you can check out our full recap here.

As you may have read already, Wizards of the Coast are getting serious with Magic: Arena, dropping $10 million on it for eSports purposes. To celebrate, they’re giving away 25 free standard cards for everyone who has an account in the currently free open beta.

All you need to do to redeem your “eSports Starter Kit” is head into the game, go to the store tab, press redeem code, then enter “GameAwards.” Everyone can do it once as the code is not single-use, you just need to type it in and press enter before December 16 at 11PM PT.

All the full cards are listed below. It’s…basically the start of a Golgari or Izzet deck! There’s a few really good cards in there, especially the Vraska’s Contempt.

  • 1 Vraska’s Contempt
  • 1 Risk Factor
  • 1 Cleansing Nova
  • 1 Ghalta, Primal Hunger
  • 1 Search for Azcanta
  • 4 Sinister Sabotage
  • 4 The Eldest Reborn
  • 4 Conclave Tribunal
  • 4 Lava Coil
  • 4 Merfolk Branchwalker
