Today, Sony announced that GameStop would be taking pre-orders for the two available PlayStation VR bundles. Starting tomorrow (Thursday, June 30) at 7 AM Pacific, customers who’d like to secure their PlayStation VR units must do so exclusively through GameStop’s website.

If you think you’ll be in front of a computer at that time and would like to give it a shot, here’s the link for the core $399 VR headset and the PS Camera/Move $499 bundle. GameStop has a spotty track record with online pre-orders, so be prepared for disappointment.

For those who don’t plan to join the madness, you might be able to score a headset at launch regardless. “If you miss out, we will have product available in retail stores nationwide at launch,” John Koller, VP of PlayStation brand marketing wrote on the PlayStation Blog earlier today.

We’ve reached out to Sony for more specific numbers, and will update the story accordingly.
