Over the Hill could be the next big co-op adventure to go with your buddies, and you won’t have to wait long to try this game out. 2026 has been a year of indie co-op titles, and the merry times could continue in the Fall.
But first, let’s check out when the game goes live.

What to expect from Over the Hill
Over the Hill allows you to travel across different biomes with the objective of navigating all the challenges that lie ahead. As you cruise through the scenic landscapes in different 4×4 vehicles, you will come across various challenges. No two challenges will have the same solution, and it’s up to you to use your wits to progress.
You can enjoy Over the Hill all on your own, or you can co-op with up to three other friends. If you are playing in a team, you will have to rely on the essence of co-op to solve the challenges that you will come across on the map.
As you progress across the biome, you will come across different flora and fauna to keep you engaged. There will be rare locations to discover as well, which will have new resources for you. The environment will also test you in the form of dynamic weather that will change routinely.
Over the Hill is not a racing game, and it’s supposed to be all about finding your own path. There is no dedicated road in the wild, and you can use all the tools at your disposal to progress along a route. Make sure to customize your drive ahead of time to avoid getting stuck in a tricky spot.
