Frozen Cortex is releasing soon, so here’s a trailer!

Exiting Early Access on February 19

Frozen Cortex, the strategy game dressed up in sports clothing, is coming out soon! Like, really soon apparently. In less than a week, on February 19, Frozen Cortex will come out of the Early Access incubation pod and be ready to be played by the masses. Considering how great Frozen Synapse was, this should be a no-brainer for strategy fans.

For now, why not watch the new trailer? It has everything: live action, dramatic zooms, cats, jump scares, a toilet, and some deep symbolism. I took it to mean that in our core, we’re really just frozen solid. Sort of like a meatball that hasn’t been heated through quite right. Everything seems normal on the outside but then BLAM, gross temperature and texture pop out of nowhere. 

Anyway, go pick up Frozen Cortex, you meatballs. There’s a “Designer’s Notes” video too, if you’re still not convinced. It goes into a bit of detail about mechanics and inspiration.
