The Gods have been good to me, as several readers passed along word of a great game going free today. Yes, after days of utter rubbish, I am now pleased to share Fastar! (via FreeAppADay) with you, a very cool, highly playable game that ought to keep you hooked for more than five minutes.
It’s one of those trendy “RPG but quicker” games, in which you run from left to right, tapping the screen to slay a variety of colored blocks. You get money which can be spent on health regeneration, sword strength and armor, and you can also take one spell with you. It’s incredibly simple, but it’s terrific fun.
You won’t be disappointed by this one, folks.
