First video of Super Street Fighter II HD Remix is … from a cell phone?

This is it folks, the very first footage of the upcoming PlayStation Network/Xbox Live Arcade title, Super Street Fighter II HD Remix … taken with a cell phone!

 

Not even footage snuck out of Capcom’s Gamer Day in London, this is footage that’s been posted on the official Capcom blogs. In an industry where fourteen developers and nine PR people have to approve every single screenshot that hits the net or print, this is somewhat of a rarity. Either Capcom doesn’t care, or someone is getting yelled at right now.

 

Either way, there you have it. Because the quality is so poor, it’s hard to really tell what the game looks like in action. If certainly does look like Super Street Fighter II, that’s for sure, and that’s a good thing … right?
