Final Promise Story gets some screenshots

Before the holidays, Imageepooch revealed the first fruits of its publishing endeavor, with Final Promise Story chief among them. This original PSP RPG is one of several games that the company hopes to use in order to revitalize the ailing Japanese roleplaying genre. 

We don’t yet know if Final Promise Story has what it takes to do it, but one thing is certain — it sure as hell looks like a JRPG. Big eyes, floppy hair, and impractical swords pretty much give this game all the visual qualifications. Now we just have to wait and see if the story and gameplay are any good. 

That’s the important stuff, after all.
