Final Fantasy VI mobile video makes me feel weird

But it’ll be okay

This Final Fantasy VI Mobile video found by sister site Japanator gives us a look at what the upcoming release will look like. Keep in mind that this is a stream capture from Jump Festa 2014, so the quality isn’t tops. Still, you can see where they’re going with the visuals for this version. 

We’ll have to get a better view to make a decent call, but I don’t know how I feel about the look so far. Look, I’d play and love this game if it were made out of boogers instead of pixels. But nothing beats the original look. 

The mobile version of Final Fantasy VI comes to Japan this winter on both iOS and Android, priced at 2,600 yen (about $25).
