Tired of farting at the same old villagers? Lionhead and Microsoft have revealed the “Villager Maker” for Fable III, a pre-release tool that will allow you to create your own personalized character to import into the game.
The custom villager will then appear in your game, delivering you a new quest as well as 1,000 gold fortune. But you won’t be able to shake the bugger that easy — he or she will interact with you on your quest to become the ruler of Albion. You’ll also be able to save the character as desktop wallpaper, and then but your friends with it on social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
Getting your own villager into the game is a pre-order bonus, and while I know a lot of you folks are dead-set against that kind of stuff, you have to admit that this is a pretty novel concept. You can start toying around with the villager maker (which crashed Firefox on my Mac) right now, so get to it.
