E3: Ice-T’s Body Count reunites for Gears of War 3 song

Recommended Videos

So far, the most stupid and fun announcement to come out of E3 2011 is the word that Ice-T’s metal band, Body Count, will reunite to celebrate Gears of War 3‘s Horde mode. Once upon a time, the band sold out concert halls and made headlines with such songs as “Evil Dick” and “Cop Killer”. Almost 20 years later, the aging rap metal pioneers are back, but this time, they’re singing about videogames.

Will pledging allegiance to Gears of War been enough to get today’s metal loving youth to care about Ice-T? The guy is 54-years-old.
