Ultimate Dungeon Lootr Tier List [UPD1]

Updated on September 7, 2026: Added Dark Professor, Spell Breaker, Cryomancer and Coyote (Moved best aspects to the tier list ranking notes).

Dungeon Lootr has a ton of classes for you to try out as you progress from early to late game. I’ll rank them all as well as give you info on how to unlock them and the best title and aspect combos. Here’s my complete Dungeon Lootr tier list and guide.

Dungeon Lootr Tier List

The best classes in Dungeon Lootr are loosely tied to progression where you’ll get better ones as you farm more. That said there exceptions where a lower rarity class is really strong or a Quest/Craftable class is worth rushing ASAP. Above you’ll find a full DL class tier list with some obtainment notes above but check out the individual class details below.

Top 3 Pure DPS Classes: Sinister Trigger, Dark Professor and Spell Breaker

How to Get Aspects: Get aspects from the Gamepass Shop or the Challenge Dungeon Level 55+ Milestone rewards usually found at above 100+.

S-Tier Class Hightlights

Class	Ranking Notes
Dark Professor The First Test Raid on Impossible	• The best best class in the game dealing insane amounts of damage on a maxed out gear setup using a skill-based INT build with Tempest and Umbral • Outdamages even Sinister Trigger which used to be the best class in the game
Spell Breaker Raid Drop/Raid Shop	• Essentially a Strength version of Dark Professor in terms of DPS • You have an array of very safe skills to use with massive DPS that competes with Sinister Trigger but IMO it’s a bit higher due to more utility on skills • The best aspects are Tempest or Umbral
Sinister Trigger Exotic Rarity on Spins	• The best gacha/spin class and one of the best classes in the game if you combine it with Alacrity or Ruin • This is mostly because Sinister Trigger does the highest damage with a full rotation eclipsed only by Dark Professor and Spell Breaker • That said ADEX, Unrestricted and Honored One offer a bit of playstyle preference while still being close to Sinister Trigger
Unrestricted Unrestricted Fighter	• Use Aegis with Unrestricted and you get a ton of safe damage or you can double down on DPS with Tempest and Umbral • It’s a top 5 class in the game • Get it from the NPC on a boat in front of the main HUB (the that points to the Vergil NPC) • You can get Heavenly Fragments for the quest via the Challenge Mode by killing bosses that spawn every 10 waves
Coyote/Founder/Shadow Vagrant GamePasses	• All three classes are P2W via the GamePass and all three are really good if you want to spent money • That said I don’t recommend buying them since they’re not must-haves and they will become obtainable via quests soon Best Aspects: Tempest/Umbral/Phantom
Cryomancer Raid Drop/Raid Shop	• Very gear-dependent to stay in the top 10 classes • With maxed out gear can deal impressive damage on a full skill rotation that competes with the best classes • I’d still put it on the lower end of the top 10s
Awakened Devil EX Valen NPC	• A Top 10 class in the game due to massive attack speed and skill damage • Plus you get an iFrame move and the other moves deal great sustained DPS due to multiple charges • To get it go to the Vergil NPC named Valen on the neighbouring island from the main HUB and complete his quest • Devil Heart is a 35% chance drop from the Awakened Devil boss at Frostspire NM Dungeon
Honored One Boss Rush/Craft	• Honored One is a top 10 class in the game due to sheer AOE burst damage • It’s also very useful to get since you need it for Unrestricted • You can get them either via the Boss Rush mode as a class item drop starting from floor 40 or craft the specific item via the Forge with fragments from the specific bosses (Honored One-Gojo, Cursed King-Sukuna, Anti Magic – Asta)

A-Tier Class Hightlights

Cursed King/Anti Magic Boss Rush/Craft	• Cursed King and Anti Magic are weaker options than Honored One but can still be great for grinding with Tempest if you cannot get the S-Tiers • You can get them either via the Boss Rush mode as a class item drop starting from floor 40 or craft the specific item via the Forge with fragments from the specific bosses (Honored One-Gojo, Cursed King-Sukuna, Anti Magic – Asta)
Dreadlord Underworld Gate Nightmare Drop	• Really great for farming more difficult levels due to the second and fourth skill that allow you to grind easily • Has excellent M1s that scale well with Alacrity and Ruin • Dreadlord is a class drop from the Underworld Gate Nightmare via the Underworld Glaive class item
Jetstream Jetstream NPC	• A great sub-meta alternative due to fast attacks and good combos that’s hard to get but IMO not as good as the S-Tiers • Get it from the Jetstream Sam NPC on a boat in front of the second island where Vergil is • Devil Heart is a 35% chance drop from the Awakened Devil boss at Frostspire NM Dungeon • Exotic Shattered Armor is from the Underworld Gate Nightmare and Endless as a drop from Igris
Azure Devil Celestial Rarity on Gacha/Spin	• The best Celestial class for two reasons • Insane attack speed that clears by itself and the moves are just a bonus • You need it for some of the best classes in the game like Awakened Devil EX
Boxer Epic Rarity on Gacha/Spin	• The best beginner class in the game that’s quite viable even in the mid-to-late game • It’s mostly due to some of the best M1s you can get early that turn you into a machine gun with Alacrity but Tempest/Umbral are also great with it • Has an amazing first skill so go for a skill-based build
Witch Gunner Legendary Rarity on Gacha/Spin	• The best legendary due to massive ranged damage that’s great for zoning harder stages • Just go for a Dex skill-based build and spam the first skill with the Tempest/Umbral aspects • Boxer and Witch Gunner are the best beginner classes in the game

B-Tier Class Hightlights

Class	Ranking Notes
Demonbane BattlePass	• Easy to get and a very beginner friendly way to get an easy starter class that’s quite good in the mid-game
Mythic Styles	• Divergent is the best Mythic style and along with Boxer one of the best beginner classes in the game
Kage Legendary	• Amazing class to get early and useful in the mid-game to farm Challenges • Similarly to Boxer and Witch Gunner all you need to do is spam the first skill with Q dodges and Umbral/Tempest/Phantom aspects

Sanguine: If you’re struggling, the Sanguine aspect’s lifesteal can provide a bit of extra sustain to help you out but in general aiming for damage boosts is always better once you learn how to move and kite enemies.

Best Titles in Dungeon Lootr

Here are the best titles in Dungeon Lootr depending on the class you’re going for:

• Physical/Strength Class: Go for either Unchained for the best DPS with The Storm/S3.Paragon fitting pretty anywhere due to the best overall bonuses.
• Ranged/Dexterity Class: Iron Sight for the best Dex bonus.
• Magic/Intelligence Class: S3.Paragon or The Storm for the best Int bonus.

How to Get Exotic Materials in Dungeon Lootr

Here’s how to get all the Exotic materials for stuff like Class quests and other requirements:

• Exotic Shattered Armor: Underworld Gate Nightmare and Endless drop at 8% chance from Igris Secret Boss.
• Exotic Essence: Underworld Gate Nightmare at 5% chance on completion or Challenge Mode Bosses with 30% drop chance from any boss.
• Exotic Ore: Challenge Mode with 35% drop chance from Igris (wave 30+) or Underworld Gate Nightmare with 15% chance from drops.
