Dragon Age: Origins

is a dark medieval-fantasy videogame. So it would only be fitting that it have a dark medieval-fantasy score, right? Well, that’s what we’re getting if our ears haven’t forgotten the cochlea’s of their fathers. In the footage above, composer Inon Zur talks big about the score of the upcoming RPG, and a bit of his haunting music can be heard. It’s dark stuff, guys.

Of course, Zur is no Marilyn Manson. Many moons ago we were re-introduced to the title with a mess of gore and a bad song. The diary above makes no mention of the hot single, “This is the new s–t.” We’re left wondering why.
