Dogtags are one of the many collectibles you can find in Call of Duty: Warfare 4, and knowing where to look will be helpful. Finding them is optional, since it doesn’t affect your chances of completing the missions.
However, these collectibles are really cool, and they’re also tied to in-game achievements.
How to complete the Never Forgotten achievement in Modern Warfare 4 Campaign
First, you have to play until you reach the Escape mission. This is the 13th chapter of the Campaign, so you’ll need to clear a fair bit of early game content. Once done, you’ll first need to find the Updated Code note. You can use this guide to find it.
From the same location, continue with the mission until you reach the stage where there’s an interaction with Ghost. You’ll be able to request him from the interrogation room. Keep fighting through the barracks, and you’ll reach a point where you get an instruction about not leaving Gaz behind.
Leave the barracks, and you’ll find an unlocked door on the right side of the hallway. Inside, you’ll find a safe that will remain locked. Use the code 8410 to open it up, and you’ll find the Dogtags inside.
You’ll also unlock the Never Forgotten achievement as soon as you add the Dogtags to your collection. It’s not as difficult to find as the notes, but I still found it quite cool. It also adds a bit of secondary progression to the mission if you’re looking to be a completionist.
