Some eight years since its original release, DC Comics’ MMO title DC Universe Online is still going strong. Having first launched in 2011 on PC and PlayStation 3, Bats and co. would make the move to PS4 and Xbox One in recent years, and are now preparing to arrive on Nintendo Switch.

DC Universe Online allows budding superheroes to create their own defender of the people (or, alternately, a newly-feared addition to DC’s gallery of rouges) before exploring a huge online world alongside an A-list cast of characters including Wonder Woman, The Flash, The Joker, Superman, Lex Luthor and many other recognisable stars.

Developer Daybreak Games has confirmed that it has had to tweak the game slightly in order to squeeze it into Nintendo’s baby, but also stated that the Switch edition will be kept in-line with all other versions of the title in regards to updates and content drops. Here is an FAQ regarding the upcoming port, taken from the official website.
