D3 brings Earth Defense Force 2017 to Vita Sept 27

I’m happy to defend our Earth from giant bugs whenever necessary, as the Earth Defense Force franchise makes it fun.

We told you earlier this month that Japan would see the release of a PS Vita port of Xbox 360 title Earth Defense Force 2017 this Fall, and in that post we predicted that D3 would probably bring it our way a bit later. No word on that yet (what’s the hold up?), but you can always import or download the digital version, and you shouldn’t have much trouble with the language barrier with this type of game.

D3 Publisher will bring this port, titled Earth Defense Force 3 Portable, to the Vita this September 27, says Siliconera. The Vita version will feature ad-hoc and online multiplayer for four people.
