Cooking Mama really gets around: 4 million games sold

Cooking Mama can be kind of a bitch, but there’s something about her that keeps me coming back. It’s probably some weird combination of my food lust and a touch of domestic woman fetish. Did you know she’s going five games strong now? Cooking Mama started off on the DS, then moved to the Wii. Both games got a sequel, and now Mama is in the garden.

Majesco proudly boasts that their girl has broke the 4 million sold mark with a super boring statement:

“We are thrilled to reach this significant milestone. Majesco’s #1 franchise continues to resonate with gamers of all ages and genders,” said Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco. “We will continue to explore ways to expand the Mama brand with innovative and compelling products that offer new entertainment experiences.”

Where’s the fun, Majesco? Mama’s sittin’ on some dollar bills, ya’ll. Live it up. Go big or get out!

They do remind that each game in the Mama line is now priced at $29.99 or less, so if you haven’t got with Mama yet, now’s your chance.
