At a press event that followed Tokyo Game Show last week, Q Entertainment’s Tetsuya Mizuguchi revealed what he is calling “The Journey Project.” This is an initiative where gamers will be invited to help create the final level of Child of Eden.

Starting today, you can visit childofedengame.com to submit personal photos of your favorite memories of our planet, dearest Earth. Mizuguchi practically begged the attending press members at the event for their help. He said that he needed our memories to make the end of Child of Eden special. They say that they’re looking for happy, positive imagery like smiling faces, nature shots, landscape views and related gaiety.

You can submit your entries from today through November 20th. All the approved photos will appear in Child of Eden. I definitely have a couple of images I want to share, and it would be an honor for them to be included in a game that I’m so excited about.

“The theme of Child of Eden is ‘Hope and Happiness’ and I want players to experience happy feelings every time they play the game,” said Tetsuya Mizuguchi. “I need your help to convey these positive emotions, so please send us pictures that give you good vibes so we can include them in the ending of the game.”
