How to complete Chapter 6: A Place for Eeyore in Disney Dreamlight Valley
After asking Eeyore for his thoughts following Chapter 5: The Big Red Monster, he’ll admit that he’s grateful for your help, and that his sleep is the only thing keeping him from feeling happier. You quickly learn that chunks of resin destroyed his previous house, leading you to offer to build a new one.
Craft an Amber Brushwoods Pickaxe Upgrade
Before you can build Eeyore a new house, you’ll need to destroy the resin chunks that broke his old one. To do this, you’ll need an Amber Brushwoods Pickaxe Upgrade, which you can make using the following materials:
- Four Juniper Berry
- Two Acorn Snail
- One Honey Agate

Juniper Berries appear in berry bushes around Gloommeadow, while Acorn Snails spawn in white water ripples in every biome. Similarly, you can mine Honey Agate from mining spots in any of Honeyglow Woods’ areas.
Once you have all three items, head to one of your crafting stations to make the Amber Brushwoods Pickaxe Upgrade. After using it to improve your pickaxe, break the resin chunks before asking Eeyore what house he wants.
Fix Eeyore’s House
After inquiring what type of home Eeyore wants, he admits he just wants his old house back. You’ll need the following materials to repair his house:
- 10 Driftwood
- Five Tree Resin
- Three Oak Leaves
- 12 Soft Limestone

Once you collect all four materials around Drowsybloom Acre and Gloommeadow, use them on Eeyore’s house to repair it. It looks small for how many resources we gathered, but if it’s sturdy, that alone is worth it. Talk to Eeyore to ask what else he needs.
Decorate Eeyore’s House
Since Eeyore is unsure what else would make him happy, you decide to visit Winnie the Pooh for some ideas. He suggests decorating Eeyore’s house, which’ll send you on another mission to hunt for crafting materials.
You’ll need the following items to craft decorations for Eeyore’s house:
- Six Golden Honey
- Four Honey Agate
- Two Acorn Snail
- Four Driftwood

Like before, much of this requires mining, fishing, and foraging in both biomes until you have everything you need. If your Golden Honey supply is low, you may need to place more flowers around your Busy Bee boxes until they’re at their maximum capacity.
With everything on hand, head to your crafting station and make two Acorn Lanterns alongside 16 Driftwood Paths. You can now decorate his house however you wish, as long as the lanterns and paths stay within a close vicinity of Eeyore’s house.
After placing everything down, talk to Eeyore and Pooh again. Following this conversation, you’ll officially welcome Eeyore to Honeyglow Woods as one of your villagers. Talk to him once more to obtain some Charcoal Pencils and complete the Chapter 6: A Place for Eeyore quest. You now have access to his friendship quest, A Gloomy Goofy Adventure, and the next main story mission, Interlude 2: The Gloomy Hollow.
