Sounds like some news is in store for Night City
Cyberpunk 2077 studio CD Projekt Red is gearing up to talk about its futuristic open-world game. The publisher is hosting a stream tomorrow, with at least Cyberpunk 2077 on the agenda.
The announcement of the steam went out from the Cyberpunk 2077 account, and the in-universe writing around it, indicates this will be about 2077. The “REDstreams” video will go live on Feb. 15 at 4 p.m. CET, or 10 a.m. ET / 7 a.m. PT, on the CD Projekt Red Twitch channel.
So, choom, how 'bout a date? We'll talk things, y'know.
You're in? Preem!
Let's meet tomorrow, Feb 15th, at 4PM CET, at the usual place: https://t.co/y8iUIM0gBv.

The REDstreams branding, however, might indicate we could still hear about other projects. Alongside Cyberpunk 2077, CDPR is also working on a next-gen The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt version. It also recently confirmed a new single-player Gwent experience is in the works.
As for 2077, post-launch support has been carrying on. It’s likely CD Projekt Red will take the time on stream to talk about the next-gen version of Cyberpunk 2077, since the latest expectations for that were set for Q1 2022. The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S version would be the console’s own version of the open-world cyberpunk game, and Wild Hunt is expected to get its own version on those consoles sometime in Q2 2022.
Of course, there’s also the DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 that’s expected to arrive at some point. There’s still a lot of Cyberpunk to roll out, and it seems like we might start hearing about it pretty soon. Maybe this can start the right the ship after a very rough launch. Night City still seems like a place I’d like to visit on my next-gen console.
The CD Projekt Red “REDstreams” show is set for Feb. 15, at 10 a.m ET / 7 a.m. PT.
