Capcom has announced that they will be publishing the Camelot developed Wii title, We Love Golf!. Previously revealed under a more clever name, Wii Love Golf, for Japanese territories, the title will be coming to North America in 2008.
As expected, We Love Golf! will be incorporating the Wii Remote’s motion-sensing functionality, to bring home the most unique golfing experience in videogaming. You know, other than Wii Sports Golf and that other Tecmo golf game that had the cute cartoon chicks wearing short skirts.
No word on when Nintendo will strike and re-brand the whole thing as a Mario Golf title, but I think I can hear them rubbing their hands together from here.
